Overall I had a very positive experience working in Nepal with HELP and Himalayan Projects and would recommend others to do the same. I got to see parts of Nepal tourist do not get to see and take part in events that were so special to me. The people I met on this experience will stay with me forever and I am so humbled by their kindness to me. Treating local Nepalese patients was such a unique experience and I was able to learn a lot about local health conditions. The program definitely needs some improvement and you need to take everything in your stride in Nepal. You have to be flexible as plans change quickly and go with the flow! You will love it!
